The Diggers' War is a resource for anyone interested in Australia's involvement in the First World War. The site is not intended to be a comprehensive history; rather, it is a collection of interesting bits and pieces that will help form a better picture of the life and times of the common Aussie Digger.

The most important part of the site is the 'Visiting the Battlefields' section. There is no better way of understanding the sacrifice of the original Anzacs, or paying your respects, by walking the ground they fought over and visiting the cemeteries where they still lie.
